A library is a better world, built by the brains and hearts of poets and dreamers, as a refuge from the real world outside; and in it alone is to be found the land of milk and honey which it promises .

            SCERT Haryana, Gurgaon can boast of a wide range of books in its library on different subjects such as  Computer-Education,  Hindi, English, Philosophy Psychology in addition to  as also. the story books, Religious books, and many other books. In addition to this, a separate section related to Education, Reference books and Text books are also available.The Council’s Library has 23,849 books on various subjects. Every day six different National daily Newspapers and five Magazines come to the library regularly. in this library. CDs on Math, Science (class IV  to X) and Encyclopedia are also available in the library.
